An e-prescription for cannabis-based medicines can be written by both a primary care physician (family doctor, pediatrician, and therapist) and a specialized medical care physician. The prescription of these medicines is available for certain diseases that are approved by order of the Ministry of Health in the form of a separate list . This list is quite specific. At this stage, the legislation does not specify the possibility of prescribing cannabis preparations to patients with other conditions.
