In Ukraine, on April 1, 2025, an electronic cabinet of the VLK will open. Now the commission's conclusions will be entered electronically into the medical system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Kateryna Chernogorenko announced during the telethon.

The new rules will allow military personnel not to visit the CCC with a resolution on fitness or unfitness for service. This information will automatically be sent electronically to the "Oberig" registry.

All data will be processed by the Ministry of Defense on the condition of anonymity, that is, doctors will not know the person's data.

We are launching anonymization, our citizens will undergo a medical examination in any civilian medical institution where it is convenient for the person. This will look like a regular check-up. There will be nothing superfluous and will not be associated with either a trip to the CCC or a trip to the VLK.
